Key West in a Day

Andrea is on vacation again. I know, this is shocking This trip I’m heading to Cuba for a week in Havana, Santiago de Cuba, and Cienfuegos. But before landing in Cuba, Mom and I spent a day in Key West. Key West is the southernmost point in the United States and is a fantastic, fun vacation destination. Bonnet House Fort Lauderdale

Bonnet House is one block from A1A and the Atlantic Ocean beach in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The house and grounds were owned by Frederic Clay Bartlett and his wife Helen-a wedding gift from her father. You would never know that these gorgeous grounds and house lie in the mangroves near the beach.
