Daytrip to Jerome, Arizona

Jerome, Arizona is a mountain-side “ghost” town, a 90 minute drive from Phoenix, is a fun daytrip for families and for ghost hunters looking to get out of city to explore. Jerome is really an old mining town, once the 4th most populous city in Arizona prior to statehood in the 1920s. Phoenix in April

Phoenix in April is a mixed bag of pollen, perfect temperatures, cacti in bloom, and the start of baseball season.  I love baseball and going to baseball games. The Arizona ballpark is indoor which is fantastic on a hot Sunday afternoon. My nieces, nephew, sister, and I shared a Paradise Valley Burger, fries, and a lot of blue cotton candy.
