Cruising from Venice to Split

After 3 wonderful days in Florence, we hopped a train to Venice to catch our boat. Cruising from Venice entails sailing down the gorgeous Grand Canal.  I’m not that big of a fan of Venice (too croweded and touristy) but sailing down the Grand Canal is something everyone should do once. Extra time in Florence

  Yesterday I wrote about what to do in Florence if you only had one day.  Today I’ll show you the other things to add to your itinerary if you have some more time to explore. Piazza Repubblica is a grand piazza very near Piazza della Signoria.  Definitely worth some time to walk through and explore.
